Luis Rossi

Luis Rossi is the founder and CEO of LevelUp Engineering. He is a Professional Electrical Engineer with a BS degree from the Santo Domingo Technical Institute and active PE licenses in MA, RI, NH & VT.

He is well versed in construction codes including IBC, NEC, NFPA-1 & NFPA-72. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the electrical design field in several areas starting from individual residential units to indoor cannabis facilities, nursing homes and everything in between.

Before devoting full time to LevelUp engineering, Luis served as Principal and chief of the electrical department for a small MEP firm in Boston Massachusetts. During this role he was responsible for, among others, meeting with clients, perform site visits, produce technical engineering reports, responsible for all the electrical designs, drafting and perform preliminary power system studies

He is known to ask many questions, maybe too many, as he likes to provide informed solutions to the challenges of each project. When he is not working at LevelUp, or learning how to use the latest design software, Luis can be found spending some quality time with his wife and their 3-year old daughter.
